Forage, Feast, Ferment

Angie Kinsella and Courtney Tyler will be hosting a day of foraging, feasting and fermentation. Come to spend the day in nature in a beautiful native woodland. We'll start off with a foraging and identification walk of some local medicinal or edible plants. Angie and Courtney will prepare a feast of local seasonal produce, followed by a workshop in fermentation. It will be an enjoyable day- book early to avoid disappointment!
